Patient Information

We try to see all patients on an appointment basis. Please have your family physician's office contact us or call us directly so that we may reserve your time for you.

Emergency and After-Hours Care

We understand that emergencies do happen and we will do our best to respond to your problem promptly. In a severe situation go immediately to the emergency room of the nearest hospital and ask them to contact our physician on call.

If you need to contact the doctor after normal office hours, please call (402) 572-3165. The answering service will forward all messages to the physician on call. We'll return your call at the earliest opportunity.

Fees and Insurance

Your copay is required at the time of your office visit, as contracted by your insurance company. As a courtesy to our patients, we file all insurance claims. We will send you a bill after your insurance company processes your claim with your responsibility, if payment is necessary.

All accounts must be paid in full 90 days after the date of service, unless a payment plan has been arranged with our billing office.
